We tailor our cocktails to the event – here are some we like

What a challenge – how do you please everyone?

This menu (hopefully) does just that – light, English and summery.

It’s all about the gin. Working with 3 English producers we created a menu that was different but appealing to a wide audience.

We wanted to introduce a wider range of drinks than the summer favourites.

We used lots of citrus and darker notes – sweet spicy flavours.

We all know and love the negroni – the king of bittersweet cocktails – but this was an experiment with different versions of the classic drink.
