Summer Party
We had great fun at Ham Polo club creating a summer party for eBay’s UK head office.
Accompanied by an anti-pasti selection we created a cocktail menu that ranged from drinks for those new to herbal drinks to those for the more adventurous.
First up was the vermouth and tonic – if you like gin and tonic you might like V&T.
For those that love Pimm’s and Aperol we offered a Summer Cup featuring Asterley’s sweet vermouth, fresh berries and Fevertree ginger ale.
We then pushed the boat out with Reverse Manhattan.
Bitter Bar under Tipis
Our favourite event of the summer. We worked with Raw Tipi to erect some gorgeous tipi in a courtyard.
Accompanied by a BBQ we featured some classic Italian cocktails with a British spin. We made a British Negroni using Doppelganger aperitif instead of Campari.
Keeping a British theme we served a Campfire Boulevardier with Laphroig whiskey and Asterley’s sweet vermouth.
In the Office
Want a bar with a difference? Our drinks are a perfect fit for staff parties – slick looking and easy to set up we can serve a range of creative cocktails from low alcohol and mocktails to our favourite negroni.
We can provide a range of snacks and aperitivo nibbles and also wine and beer.
